I feel that god has empressed upon me to warn people about the coming of the antichrist. Can anyone explain this further?
You should read the left behind series, for me it has helped to understand. But when God told you that you should warn people, that might also mean that Christ's coming is near. I would ask God for a confirmation of what he told you to do before I'd do that and maybe panic people for no reason. I don't say I don't believe you, I had thsuch a thing once, but ... yeah just ask God to confirm it to you again. However I do believe that he might really come soon, we shall always be prepared.
I would read up on the the left behind Series as well as familliarize yourself with the book of Revolation.

Okay. I totally believe you there. As I already said, I had a dream about the coming of Jesus once. Still I think that "soon" is relative, but I also heard that a prophet said that the generation of our parents will still witness the coming of Christ. Of course this is not totally sure, but if so, we should seriously try and help others to realize that there is no salvation without Christ. We shouldn't push them though in order not to annoy them.
We shouldn't push people but we should definitely let them know. If they don't want to hear it, we can't be blamed because we've done our work. Oh and be prepared for people to be quite rude about the whole thing so if you wear your heart on your sleeve then asking the lord how to go about telling might be helpful.
And what exactly do you think is the antichrist? Do you think it is going to be a person? I personally don't think so. Antichrist already arrived long time ago if you ask me. Antichrist is drugs, antichrist is hidden in a lot of things. Television, internet etc. In other words antichrist doesn't necesarily has to be a person but bad things in the world such as wars etc.
I know that wars existed long time ago but with technology now things are more dangerous than before.
And i don't agree with the worn people idea. I am a christian but the last thing i want is to bother people with my believes. I rather to try and improove myself than talk to other people. This is my oppinion.

If you don't know what antichrist is how do you suppose to make people aware of it?
If you care about other people so much and you want to help them instead of telling them things that are not likely to believe it is better if you do in practice what you believe and be a good friend, listen to their problem, try to help them or give them money if they have financial problems. Invite them to your place for a drink or meal etc. Somebody would appreshiate these things more than telling them about antichrist.

As far as I know, there are numerous interpretations of antichrist, nobody has ever known for sure how to define this idea. I've heard that antichrist has been among human beings since the beginning of time, and others say that nobody will know for sure until it shows its face; and others say that even then when its presence is surely here nobody will know antichrist is here. It's a mystery!
In conclusion, who knows?
I think the antichrist is a myth just like Satan and the bugyman. He was created to keep us poor mortals in fear of the unknown.

I just asked a question. I know what he is supposed to be. He is supposed to be a man, who will promise peace, and lie and cause war and try to get the christians killed and let others forrlow him.

How will we know who he is though?
The only way you can know is to pray and ask God. God has given us a lot of things to look for before the second coming and yes you can see many things around that lead us to believe he is coming, but be careful as only God knows when the time is.
Unfortunately many people will be drawn to the Antichrist, but God tells us to test those that claim to be divine in any fashion. Even when Jesus came he did not expect us to just believe, he showed us miracles and he fulfilled the prophecies of the old testament. Yes, we do have to have faith, but unlike many say it is by no means a blind faith, we have so much showing us it is true.
Again he did give us prophecies in the New Testament about the second coming and the Antichrist, trust in the Word of God and trust in God. If you are listen to him you will know who he is, but I have to agree with others higher up in this post, you should read Revelations and learn the prophecies about the second coming.

I'd read the whole book of revolations and especially the part about the dragon and the beast (Rev. 6 or 7 maybe, I might be wrong though). I too believe that the Antichrist, the actual antichrist, will be a human. But I also agree with Nikos. Many antichrists have come up already but the "worst" one ... I don'T know, maybe I am influenced because I read the left behind series, don't ask me.

a beast with 7 heads and 10 horns. rofl. that really sounds like a mythical creature to me.
I Was thinking about the seven years of peace, actually.
Christ is coming Closer than we think. Thats why soul winning is so improtant. We just need to keep on reading the bible which I keep on reminding my self about that too and we will probably know.

Also when reading the biblical text there is obviously some parts of it that are supposed to be indeed interpreted as symbolic texts but others clearly state their literal causes. I too believe we should tell people but not entirely about the antichrist as we don't want them to fear but more about how they can save their souls by having faith and believing. Remember that there will always be some bad in the world and that humans, no matter who we are always sin. It is our job to ask for forgiveness of those sins. We are not perfect and that's why jesus died for us.
The Antichrist is a 4 year old chubby little girl named Elsie, with big brown eyes and long dark hair. She hates getting up in the morning, and oh boy does she have really bad kitty breath when she does, or so her mom tells her. This, the kitty breath thing doesn't make her self conscious. Elsie, instead of covering her bad breath up, walks around and breathes on her brothers and sisters fur fun. She loves to watch them run from her; she after all, has the breath of a dragon.
“Elsie!” that’s what her mother can be heard yelling. Elsie does nothing but smile, a wonderful sunny smile with a missing tooth which for now graciously adorns her round face.
Elsie has a cat named Cookie Dough, whose tail she pulls on occasion. A yellow bicycle is her preferred method of transportation, Elsie’s, not Cookie Dough’s… And, she is the baby out of 3 siblings.
This, sweet little girl, is the Antichrist, she is coming, she will lead the nations of the world to war and doom. After all, if the Antichrist is human, it must have been a child at some point.
Warn all you can about her!
